Beginning online for the first time can be overwhelming, I know… I too was once there.

I encourage newbies to align themselves with like minded individuals who offer great information, answer questions and provide good quality content product offers.

Below I’ve listed the products and or services that I use myself and recommend on a daily basis.

Darren says this book is for those who have just started a blog but who don’t know what to do next; those who have had a blog for a while but it’s stalled in its growth and for  bloggers with bloggers block and lacking inspiration.

I REALLY like Traci’s course on blogging.  She takes the newbie literally by the hand on how to create a wordpress blog – through hosting, choosing your template and uploading it to completion!

Lynn’s forum is a hub of tons of ‘how to content’ without the hype!  When I say this Lady knows how ‘to keep it real’ – she’s the real deal.  This forum is chocked full of great information but mostly — great people. There are two levels of membership, free and the elite group.  Of course I chose the elite group because that’s where the real ‘mastermind’ begins.

Ready to get your website or blog online?  Think of hosting as a home to rent while in cyberspace!  For example, when you purchase your address (www.yourdomainname.com) you’ll need a place to move your furniture into – that’s what hosting does for you :-)

I’ve used this service for over 5 years now (originally through their sister site, MomWebs).  The customer service is top notch – bar none!  Anytime I had a question, it was answered in a timely manner or if I needed assistance with adding certificates or whatever the need, they will either do it themselves or tell me exactly the steps to get it done.  Marvelous!
