Business AND Learning?

You’re in business now so why would you need to learn anything else?

Because you don’t know everything about business and continued learning is always beneficial to business growth.

The problem with this is – you probably feel you don’t need to know anymore — you may not want to take (or have the ) the time to learn what you could be missing.  Or the fact that you are just downright overwhelmed with all of the information you’re being pitched.  Believe me, I know the feeling

Or is it?

I like to think of myself as a human sponge.  Absorbing the nutrients that are vital to growth and discarding the junk that makes me feel yucky.

Do you find yourself at times feeling yucky about an ebook or report you’ve just read?  Or perhaps a teleseminar that didn’t quite muster up what you expected it to be?  It’s really okay to have experienced situations like that because it teaches you what NOT to do in your business as well as imparts some a-ha moments for you that you already knew you should be doing but procastinate with.

Learning is a form of education.  It’s how you choose to take the information and apply it to your current business model and discarding the parts that don’t relate.  Instead of saying you don’t need something before you even know what it is – keeps you inside of your own self made cheerleading squad, only resulting in loss (defeated) games.

I know it sounds weird, however when you allow yourself to examine your behavior when it comes to learning what are the results?  Are you growing or are you still in the same place where you started?
