Graphics Package

This is the ULTIMATE Sales Page Graphic Pack - All Completely LEGAL!!!

I’m not sure if you remember a pack of graphics floating around the Internet a few months ago, but it was called something like the “1600 pack.”  A business associate of mine bought that package, with the original intent to use the images on header/cover creations - and also to resell the package.  Problem was, she found out shortly after purchasing the package - that the images were NOT LEGAL!  Needless to say, there went 10 bucks, and she had to scrap the whole set.  She is totally against using images that are not legal and sure none of her customers would appreciate any fines for using illegal images, and neither would she.

Therefore Michelle came up with her OWN solution. She created a brand new mega pack of images for all of us to use on our sales pages!  Now, there are no “people” images in here like the other package had - mainly due to image rights restrictions. But there are many other wonderful images in this package including:

  • Arrows

  • Checkboxes

  • Tons of Bullets

  • Awards

  • Certificates

  • Credit Card Images

  • Chips

  • Icons

  • Folders of Logo Images

  • Documents

  • Folders

  • Gnome Images

  • Buttons Galore

  • Cameras

  • Books

  • Discs

  • Search Glasses

  • Smilies

  • Discount Bursts and other Sales Graphics!

  • Money

  • Stars

All images are perfectly legal to use on your websites, sales pages, auction pages, within your headers, ebook and software box covers, anywhere you like!  Within reason of course.

And to top it off… Michelle doesn’t charge an arm and a leg to get this package.  You get all the images shown above, PLUS MORE that are not even pictured here - 98 MEG in fact, for just $12.97!

For those of you who are still wondering about the “windows” and other logo images, have you ever seen those professional software boxes with a “windows or linux” image on there that lets you know that the software is compliant with that operating system?  How about websites that do this same type of thing?  They are not using the images as their own PERSONAL LOGOS of course, they are only using them to show “compliancy” with a certain Operating System, Chip, or software program.

And come on now, how many web pages do you see with credit cards on them to signify which credit cards are accepted?

Ever wonder where people GET those images for their websites and software boxes?  Well, Michelle found the source for these legal images, but she’s not telling.

She does however, have in her possession, a folder that is 15.9 meg FULL of documentation that says she’s allowed to use and resell these (and MANY OTHER) images.  Michelle even created some of the graphics herself, like the bullets, certificates, checkboxes, arrows, etc…

Who can use these images, and what can they be used for?

  • Website builders can use these images on websites and direct sales pages.

  • Programmers can size the images down and use them in software programs they create.

  • Graphic Designers can use the images within their website designs, on box covers, ebook covers, and other designs.

  • Auction posters can use the images on their auction pages.

  • Forum builders can resize the smiley images for example and use them as “emoticons” for the forum.

  • I’m sure there are many more areas that these images will come in handy that I haven’t even thought of yet!

Putting The “Service” Back In “Customer Service”
By Sean Cohen

Risk Free 30 Day Trial

The future of customer service is here. Technology has made seeking out support faster and easier than ever. But, has your digital age company sacrificed true service in the name of automation?

Today, finding customer support is as simple as writing an e-mail or picking up the phone. But, even though you’re not face-to-face with your customers, you still leave a lasting impression. Do you come across as caring and competent, or menacing and mechanical?

Offering stand-out service on the Internet isn’t as hard as it is rare. Take these simple steps towards old-style service in the digital age:

Give Each Customer a Personal Response
    Be Clear, But Sincere
    Offer Live Customer Support
Make Sure Your Support Reps Have All the Answers

Give Each Customer a Personal Response

When a customer sits down to e-mail your company, it’s because he needs help. He chooses e-mail because it’s quick, but his request still warrants a satisfying and personal response!Companies eager to save time and money often take automation too far in their customer support. Each customer has a unique question, and deserves a unique answer. Even if you save time by copying and pasting stock replies, change the opening and closing to make the message sound less robotic.

Be Clear, But Sincere

When responding to customers’ e-mail, be sincere and to the point. Before sending a message, try turning the tables. Ask yourself, “Would this answer satisfy me if I were the customer?”Take that extra moment to give your customer the help he deserves. It might mean the difference between a satisfied customer and a credit card chargeback!

Offer Live Customer Support

E-mail has become an acceptable form of communication. But, live customer support is still necessary. The plethora of information available online can be overwhelming to customers, especially those new to the Internet!Single your company out from the crowd by providing customers with a real person to talk to. Live phone support is an invaluable way to foster trust. When your customer has reached the end of his Internet rope, and just needs help, your toll free number is the answer he’s looking for.

Make Sure Your Support Reps Have All The Answers

The presence of phone support will do no good if your staff doesn’t know your product! Customer support reps should be warm and friendly, and willing to help with any aspect of your product. What a good feeling it is to talk to someone who feels confident in his product. It’s even better if he’s knowledgeable enough to solve your problem without transferring you all around the company!

Provide Stand-Out Service; Gain Lifelong Customers

Too many e-businesses skimp on customer service, hiding behind web sites and message boards. Customer support is an integral part of every company, even those operating solely online. Be one of the few to offer stellar service, and gain customers for life!

Customer Service is becoming a lost art, but Sean Cohen wants to make sure that never happens at AWeber Communications! Find out what service is meant to be.  Risk Free 30 Day Trial

Do I Need a Web Designer?

When business owners decide to take business online, the question always comes up, “Do I need a web designer or can I build my own website?”

Both options are very viable, but you need to decide what’s best for you and your business.

Here’s some things to consider:

If you hire a web designer, you don’t have to worry about learning how to build a website – which is a relief to many people. This means you can concentrate on the more important tasks of your business.

Internet Based Family Site Builder However, do realize that building a website is not as technical as it has been in the past. There are plenty of web-building options that are basic point-and-click technology. If you work with a designer, you will be subject to that designer’s schedule. Designers have other clients to manage and they need to prioritize any updates or changes you need to make to your website. This can be a drawback because the Internet is an amazing marketing medium where it’s easy to quick changes and test out new marketing ideas at minimal cost. When your business needs to wait for a designer to make changes, you may fall behind in your development.

Still, if you build your own website, there may be a time where you need to turn to a designer or a programmer if you need special features on your website. Of course, you can learn how to do all these things if you’re so inclined, but it can be a time-consuming and sometimes complicated task. This means if you need a message board, shopping cart or other special function, you may need to turn to a designer or a programmer for that task.

Overall, if you want to save money and have more control over your web presence, you will want to have a hand in your own web development. You might choose to use a site builder that offers many of the features you are looking for (ex. shopping cart, mailing lists, etc.) and uses the point-and-click technology mentioned earlier. That way, it’s easy for you to create an online presence without a huge learning curve and you still have time to focus on the more important aspects of business.

Looking for an even easier option to build your web pages? Take the comprehensive website builder for a 10-day test trial. You can choose from over 1200 templates and your account includes all kinds of interactive features including: message board, shopping cart, mailing list, coupons and more.

How To Design Your Own Website

Internet Based Family Easy Website BuilderWhether it’s for business or personal use, it seems like everyone has a web page these days. That may be because it’s become so affordable and easy to put a web page together. Web page building is no longer for the “tech geeks”. Once upon a time, you had to learn HTML (hyper-text markup language) to build a web page but today you have so many options to create your own website that don’t require you to learn complicated coding. You can use a WYSIWG (What You See Is What You Get) editor like Microsoft’s FrontPage. This software allows you to write your web page as you would any other document and you can drag and drop images easily. It takes a bit of practice to make things look the way you’d like, but you can also purchase templates to create a professional look and feel.

So, now we know that you don’t have to be a technological genius to build a web page — what else do you need to create your web presence?

Domain: This is the name of your website. You will need to purchase a name that will represent your company or personal web presence. For example: ebay.com is Ebay’s domain name.

Web Host: You will also need to find a company that will store your various files on the Internet. This is called a web host. You usually pay them monthly for their service.

Your Next Steps to Building Your Web Page:

WYSIWG software can cost hundreds of dollars and allows you to build web pages that provide basic information to your visitors. If you are looking to have more interactivity and features to your web page like: message board, shopping cart (allows you to securely sell products on your site), mailing list, coupons and other options, you may want to look at a more comprehensive web building service, like the easy site builder.  This service allows you to create feature-rich and professional looking web pages in a matter of minutes.  There is a 10-day free trial to help you ensure it’s the right web-building tool for you.

All in all, building a website isn’t as complicated as you may have thought previously. All it takes is some point-and-click web building software, a domain name and a web host and viola, you have built your own website.

What is a domain name?
A domain name is a Web address, such as godaddy.com, that is linked to an IP address (which represents a physical point on the Internet). When someone types a domain name into a Web browser, the requested Web page displays.A domain name consists of a top-level and a second-level domain. A top-level domain (TLD) is the part of the domain name located to the right of the dot (godaddy.com). The most common top-level domains are .COM, .NET, and .ORG. Some other popular top-level domains are .BIZ, .INFO, .NAME and .WS. These TLDs have certain guidelines but are, for the most part, available to any registrant, anywhere in the world. The part of the domain name located to the left of the dot — “godaddy,” in this case — is called the second-level domain (SLD) name. The second-level domain name is the “readable” part of the address and refers to the organization or entity behind the Internet address. Second-level domain names must be registered with an Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN)-accredited registrar.

What is Ecommerce?

Ecommerce functionality is to allow for the online (over the Internet) purchase of goods or services by credit cards or PayPal.  More specifically, ecommerce is the buying and selling of goods, services, and the transfer of funds through digital communications.

You need a shopping cart with the tools and features that will help you to automate your business, organize your products and services and stay in touch with customers and leads as well.

Most businesses when faced with this realization have some fears about the technology and concerns that they won’t be able to find a shopping cart that blends in well with their existing website. They have visions of complicated scripts with limited abilities for customization. The good news for moms in business is that they don’t have to go in that direction at all.

Once you implement a quality shopping cart system into your business you are on your way to being more organized and you’ll waste less time doing things manually. You’ll find that your time can be better spent on money making activities rather than in tedious administrative tasks and customer service follow-up.

How To Choose a Shopping Cart SystemMy friend and business colleague Nicole Dean, wrote an outstanding FREE Report on “How To Choose a Shopping Cart & Affiliate System for Your Info Product Business.”

Some of the topics discussed include:

  • Where to Start?
    What Do You Sell?
Who Should Use a Shopping Cart?
    Compare Your Options

and much more!  Nicole even talks about the best membership program software and merchant account options.  Remember this awesome report is FREE!  Grab Yours Below!
